Looks like a weed that Caroline harvests and eats; it has a lemon flavor.

I think I've got it... Curled Dock or Sour Dock.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rumex_crispusM, don't let Caroline eat too many of the leaves; they contain oxalic acid. Cooking removes that.
You've got me curious now, I have to go look up oxalic acid.
I'm expanding my knowledge of weeds this summer. Does anyone know what this is called?
