I can't figure out what this clump of blue bell-like flowers could be.Anybody have any ideas? It's just one clump and I think it springs from bulbs. It was here when I moved in and dies down in the summer.

What delicate, beautiful little flowers. I don't think that I have ever come across them before. I might hazard a guess that they are in the category of "minor bulbs" that I have seen mentioned in catalogs.
Hmmmm, reminiscent of a decorative allium maybe?
Do the leaves have any scent?
Cheryl do you still have that flipping flower page book I gave you? I wonder if you could find it in there, and no I didn't mean flippin as in a swear, it's a book that you can flip pages to mix and match flower combo's!

Ok...the allium I was thinking of (Allium cyathophorum) doesn't fit...

Yipes! It's an invasive plant!
Your link to the "bluebell" entry in Wiki led me to Spanish Bluebell and I looked that up and the foliage is identical. So that's what it is. But it's not invasive here. It just sits by itself and blooms. Apparently in the UK it's a problem, hybridizing with the native bluebells.
