ESB, etc. --Mary's photos

Flatiron Building

Mary was snapping pictures, too, and I must say hers are much better than mine. She gave me permission to post them here.

Good Morning! Mary's pictures have an interesting difference from yours - just proves once again that no two people ever see the same situation in exactly the same way ....

I could feel my vertigo trying to rear its silly head again. I liked the shot of the pigeon - from those amazing artificial heights back down to earth and its basics.

Mary, thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

New York does have an exciting vibe to it, I remember looking out of the hotel window and feeling the life coursing through it even in the wee hours of the night.

How did your presentation go?

Well, 4 of the class members chickened out and didn't come, thus reducing my audience to 2 people, so the applause was not exactly uproarious (though there was applause). Aside from that it went well. This was a 3-session course offered by the public library and I did learn the basics of Power Point. Maybe I can send it to you as an email attachment in the next day or two.

I'd love to see it, and at least there are two more enlightened people out in the world today :)
