Reviving

A few months ago my angel wing begonia got broken off somehow (squirrel?) at soil level. Oh no! Disaster! However, a few weeks later I was delighted to see some new growth sprouting. Not only did the plant revive lusher than before, it now has three or four flower buds about to open. Amazing plant.

Summer's last song sung by the Begonia :) Do you bring it in over winter?

It's in a pot. Yes, I bring it in. Summer's not ending, though. We have mild weather through November. October at the beach is lovely.

Hmmm...Perhaps you'll be surprised by the weather's capriciousness this year. Or not. Guess that's one reason to get out of bed in the morning ~ just to see.

Farmers Almanac says New England is going to chilly this winter. They say last year was mild. Hmmm I guess so but it's still cold!!

We had so much snow last winter I can't imagine it happening again. I'm betting it will be relatively mild (here).
