Owned by some guy in television.
This may have been the same kind of car my father drove in India way back when (see post from a few days ago)

I bet this man would really appreciate having a copy of your Dad's picture with the car in India, especially given the date that it was taken. Your picture is such a treasure .... it looks so British Colonial.
Of course my father was an American. They all dressed like that in 1910.
