Don't ask me--I just heard about it. Apparently it's a fermented tea drink that is all the rage in California and is creeping Eastward.

They can keep it in California.
I think I'd have to pass on this. I've been trying to drink a daily shot of organic apple cider vinegar (with mother) and that is about how far I'd go.
This stuff looks scary :P
I saw some for sale at Whole Foods but gave it a pass. Another time.
